GMNP at the legislature: key bills the GMNP is watching

On December 15, the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) announced their 2023 project selections. According to the MHFA, the projects selected for funding in 2023 will make available a total of 4,720 housing units and manufactured home lots. Roughly 2,270 of these units are located in Greater Minnesota.

The 2023 project selections will receive a total of $348 million from Minnesota Housing, the most ever allotted by the agency. Greater Minnesota projects will receive around two-thirds of the funding. According to the release, the investments will also support 7,000 annual jobs.
